The CO-LAB Catalyst Program is an intensive 6-week sprint that takes you from concept to launch-ready.
No fluff. No lectures. Just hands-on work, real feedback and expert guidance every step of the way.
CO-LAB Navigator
ADD EMERGING TALENT TO YOUR NEXT PROJECT.
The CO-LAB Navigator Program pairs local entrepreneurs and startups with UNC Charlotte students for focused, project-based work. Students contribute as embedded project consultants, gaining practical experience while helping founders move important work forward.

49er Foundry
BUILD YOUR IDEA ALONGSIDE OTHER STUDENT FOUNDERS.
The 49er Foundry is UNC Charlotte’s student idea incubator program that encourages and supports students in entrepreneurship and innovation. The program gives students access to community and startup mentors as well as funding opportunities, networking with local founders and partnership opportunities.
This student-focused program is offered through UNC Charlotte’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

NetWorth Exchange is CO-LAB’s monthly networking and knowledge-sharing series for entrepreneurs, business leaders, industry experts and community partners.
Each session explores a timely topic while creating room for practical conversation and meaningful relationship-building. You’ll leave with new insights, new connections and a next step — not simply a page of notes.
Holistic Founder
BUILD YOUR BUSINESS WITHOUT LOSING YOURSELF IN THE PROCESS.
Sustainable entrepreneurship starts with sustainable founders. The CO-LAB Holistic Founder Initiative creates dedicated space for the mind-and-body practices that support resilience, focus and long-term well-being.
Held twice monthly at CO-LAB, sessions rotate among mindful breathing and meditation, yoga, fitness dance and other accessible practices. No previous experience is needed, and founders of every ability level are welcome.
